Preamble

Given the current situation in the classical music market, the production and sale of CDs and DVDs can no longer be considered as purely profit-making activities, but rather as activities with educational, promotional and/or private purposes. The Artists (Content Producers) who join Diesis share the promotion of musical culture in all its sectors and by any means, believing they should enhance music as an integral part of culture, spread love for music as an active practice throughout society, make the results of their experiences available to the community, and develop video recording and concert activities as a service to the public. With Diesis, the development of new technologies helps people connect, find communities and achieve better results.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Diesis.tv, you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the platform.

2. About Diesis.tv

Diesis.tv is a Video on Demand (VOD) platform for sharing musical content. Access is free, with no costs for content consumption, available freely according to permitted methods.

3. User Responsibility

• Legal Compliance: Use Diesis.tv in compliance with all applicable laws, including copyright and intellectual property rights. • Content Rights: Do not upload content that violates third-party rights. Content must be original or properly licensed. • Respect for Others: Do not share offensive, defamatory or hate-inciting content. • Account Security: Keep your account credentials confidential; you are responsible for activities performed on the platform.

4. Content Upload and Content Provider Responsibilities

• You confirm that uploaded videos are original or licensed. • Diesis.tv may remove content that violates the Terms without notice. • Artists grant Diesis.tv all necessary rights for content distribution and promotion. • Diesis.TV pays authors any applicable SIAE rights for deposited works. • Diesis.tv does not recognize any rights or compensation for views of user-submitted videos and does not acknowledge any revenue derived from such views, nor does it undertake payments other than SIAE rights.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following are not permitted: • Uploading content without rights or authorization. • Using the platform for illegal activities. • Impersonating others or falsifying your identity. • Interfering with platform security or functionality.

6. Intellectual Property

Content on Diesis.tv is protected by intellectual property laws and is owned by or licensed to Diesis.tv. Reproduction or distribution of content without authorization is not permitted.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

• Diesis.tv is not responsible for the legality or accuracy of user-generated content. • Use of the platform is at your own risk. We strive to ensure a safe environment, but cannot guarantee that all content is appropriate.

8. Content Reporting and Moderation

Users may report content that violates the Terms. Diesis.tv may remove content and suspend or close accounts at its discretion.

9. Modifications to Terms of Use

Diesis.tv may update the Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the new conditions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Diesis.tv in case of violation of the Terms or for any reason, without notice.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. For disputes, the competent court is the court of Biella.
